Join us as we celebrate Halloween with our annual costume parade to the Capon Bridge Public Library, followed by a Halloween art party at The River House.

Gather at The River House at 10:15. At 10:30am, we will parade over to the library, where local children's Author, Melanie Vogel, will read spooky excerpts from her children's book Elsewhereville and Library Director, Nancy Meade, will thrill us with a Halloween tale!

The Library will be handing out special treats along with children's books.

Parade back to The River House to enjoy an arts & crafts party in the art yard, featuring rock painting, costume contest pictures, games, giveaways, and treats! We will also have a special guest!

All ages welcome. This is a FREE activity.
