Hey Musicians! Come on out for an OLD-TIME JAM at The River House!

Bring your instrument and a tune and we'll all have a great time!

This jam will be led by fiddle teacher Dakota Karper, Fiddler and owner of The Cat & The Fiddle Music School.

Starting at 2pm we are going to start off with a slow jam specifically geared to beginning students/musicians though all levels are welcome to come participate. We will be playing slow and will be playing songs like Boil Them Cabbage Down, Angeline the Baker, Barlow Knife, Buffalo Gals, Cripple Creek, Soldier's Joy and Old Joe Clark just to name a few.

Then, around 3:30pm, we will kick it up a gear to a fast jam. Beginners are still welcome, but the music will be played faster and may be more complicated.
