The River House Writer’s Club is a monthly informal gathering for all genres of writing including poetry, short stories, prose and so much more. Each month, the club meets to discuss each other’s writings and develop friendships.
Author Paul Vecchiet will be speaking at the next Writers Club meeting on Sunday, December 15th, 1-3pm!
Paul started to write about various topics such suppressed truths, spirituality, and ET- related matter in a blog in 2009 while he worked in New Orleans. He also set up a Facebook group titled Spirits and Healing to get people with testimony to communicate with each other. Key characters in his books are based on people he met through that group. He stopped his blog, but retained his writings when he was seeking employment with the government.
Events described in his first book, The Disclosure Paradox, occurred starting with his meditation practice in 2009. Paul decided to fictionalize himself in the book to document his experiences starting with his childhood. His first, novel, The Disclosure Paradox, was self-published 30 October 2019. It enjoys high ratings on Amazon and Goodreads with approximately 400 copies in circulation. It will be rereleased with edits February 2025.
